That is completely fine! Many times projects start from scratch. We will gather much of the information we need before and during the initial consultation and will collaborate with you every step of the way.
Good question! Ahead of our one-on-one consultation, we review your materials to gain an understanding of your needs, including taking time to research when necessary, formulating questions, and preparing for a productive discussion. During our conversation, we are going to learn more about your unique situation, and this will be the foundation for the materials we prepare for you. The fee allows us to invest time and resources to create custom materials that are true to you.
The non-refundable consultation fee is credited toward the overall engagement fee.
